Remedy for Anxiety Disotder

Mix
10 gm of amla churna * and an equal quantity of crushed Coriander seeds.*
Soak them overnight in a glass of water.
Filter and drink up the water with a little mishri early in the morning on an empty stomach.
When this is done for 7 days anxiety disorders definitely reduce .

ANOTHER REMEDY

The red tender leaves of the Sacred fig or Ficus religiosa * are gathered and dried and powdered and stored well in a clean dry glass jar.

4-5 pinches of this powder is boiled well with 1 cup of milk and taken along with Mishri.
This decreases the anxiety symptoms , rectifies sleep disorders,purifies the blood and also reduces the feeling of unnecessary panic in a person.
